By accessing our website, making donations, applying for scholarships, or participating in any of our programs or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Mission
OASIS Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting underprivileged individuals through educational scholarships, medical outreach, and community empowerment initiatives.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to interact with our services independently. Minors may only engage through the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

- Any misinformation provided by applicants may lead to disqualification.

OASIS FOUNDATION: Refund Policy
Effective Date: 4th May 2025
1. Donations
All donations made to OASIS Foundation are non-refundable. We operate as a non-profit organization, and funds are promptly allocated to various charitable initiatives. If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction for resolution.
2. Event Registrations or Merchandise
In the case where OASIS Foundation offers paid event tickets or merchandise:

- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Physical items (e.g. T-shirts, promotional items) can only be returned if defective, within 7 days of delivery, and must be unused and in original packaging.
3. Scholarship Application Fees (If Applicable)
Should any administrative fees be introduced for application processing, such fees will be non-refundable, regardless of outcome, unless cancellation is due to an error from our end.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to info@oasisfoundation.com.ng with:

- Reason for refund request
- Proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID)
- Contact number
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
